Using automation rules in ShipAccel

Automation Rules allow you to automatically change carrier service or package type for orders that are imported from your ecommerce stores.
Products affected: ShipAccel

Automation Rules allow you to automatically change the carrier service or package type for orders that are imported from your ecommerce stores which meet certain conditions. For example, if the package value is under $50.00, then change the service to USPS Ground Economy, or if the recipient's country is Canada, then change the service to FedEx International Economy.

  • Automation Rules are only applied when orders are imported or synced.
  • Automation Rules are applied in the order they appear on the page. Later rules will override changes made by earlier rules if conditions are met.
  • Automation Rules will also override any default services selected for linked ecommerce stores.
