Canceling a ShipAccel subscription

If you are the account administrator, you can cancel your ShipAccel subscription from within ShipAccel.

• If you are not the account holder, you will not see these options. Contact your administrator.
• If you are the account administrator but you do not see either the Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription option, please chat with us for assistance.

1. Sign in to ShipAccel.
2. Select your name in the upper right.
3. Select Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription.
4. If you selected Manage Subscription in step 3, select Cancel Subscription next to your subscription.
5. Select the reason for canceling, enter any additional information, check the box to agree, and submit the form.
