Uninstalling DeviceHub in ShipAccel
DeviceHub may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix some printing and weighing issues in ShipAccel.

												DeviceHub may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix some printing and weighing issues in ShipAccel.
Windows
- If DeviceHub is currently running, right-click on the DeviceHub icon in the system tray (small icons near the clock) and select Exit.
- Click the Windows Start button and go to All Programs > DeviceHub > DeviceHub.
 Note: If you do not see the Uninstall DeviceHub option, you can also right-click on DeviceHub and select Uninstall.
- If the Programs and Features window opens, select DeviceHub and select Uninstall/Change.
- 	On the Uninstall DeviceHub screen, click Uninstall.
- Once DeviceHub has been uninstalled, click Finish.
- Open Windows Explorer and go to C:\ProgramData\.
- Delete the PB folder found in this directory (C:\ProgramData\PB\).

Mac
- Right-click on the DeviceHub icon in your system tray and select Exit.
- Press Shift+Command+A on your keyboard to open the Applications folder.
- Right-click on DeviceHub and choose Move to Trash.
- Press Shift+Command+C to open the hard disk directory.
- Expand the Macintosh HD folder.
- Expand the Users folder.
- Expand the folder appropriate for your Mac’s Username.
- Delete the PB folder.
