Changing or resetting your password in ShipAccel
If you do not know your password, you can reset it.

If you do not know your password, you can reset it.
- Go to the signin page.
- Enter your username (email address) in the Email field and click Next.
- Click the Forgot your password? link.
- Make sure that the correct email address is in the Email field.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- A password reset email will be sent to your email address. It may take up to 5 minutes for this email to arrive.
- Follow the instructions in the email to change your password.
If the password reset email is not received:
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- The password reset email is sent from [email protected]. The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) email with the code is sent from [email protected]. Check with your IT department to make sure that these addresses are not being blocked.
Note: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), then you will need to use your internal procedures to reset your password.
