Resetting a forgotten security PIN on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+

If you are locked out of your system, you can reset your security PIN.

Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto  (8H00, 9H00)

If you're locked out of your system, you can reset your security PIN. To do this, contact Pitney Bowes Support by phone or chat. A support agent will give you a master unlock code that lets you reset your PIN.

  1. On the screen saver lock screen, tap Forgot PIN.

  2. Tap Reset Now.
  3. Enter the master unlock code provided by the support agent.
  4. Enter the new security PIN.
  5. Verify the PIN you just entered.
