Resetting a forgotten security PIN on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+
If you are locked out of your system, you can reset your security PIN.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (8H00, 9H00)
If you're locked out of your system, you can reset your security PIN. To do this, contact Pitney Bowes Support by phone or chat. A support agent will give you a master unlock code that lets you reset your PIN.
- On the screen saver lock screen, tap Forgot PIN.
- Tap Reset Now.
- Enter the master unlock code provided by the support agent.
- Enter the new security PIN.
- Verify the PIN you just entered.
