Setting up the iDimension Plus dimensioner in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, or ShipAccel

A dimensioner is a device that allows you to get the dimensions of a package in a single click so that you don't have to manually enter them. The iDimension Plus dimensioner is a floor-standing model with an integrated scale.

1. Open DeviceHub (Start > All Programs > DeviceHub > DeviceHub).
2. Select + Add Dimensioner.
3. Enter a Name for the dimensioner and its IP Address. To find the IP address of the dimensioner:
   1. On the dimensioner screen, select the i icon.
      
   2. On the Device Info screen, select the Configuration icon.
      
   3. On the Configuration menu, select the IP Address button.
      
4. Select Add.
5. Once you see the message that the dimensioner has been successfully added, click OK. The dimensioner will be listed on the My Devices screen along with any printers and scales.

To use the dimensioner when creating a label, select the Get Dimensions button. If you have more than one dimensioner, select it from the drop-down arrow.
