Running a spending comparison report in PitneyAnalytics

You can compare year over year in your Spend Summary reports. Up to four columns can be selected for comparison in these reports. Comparisons can be made across two or three time periods.

1. Select Analytics > Reports. By default, the Sending tab will open and Spend Summary will be selected.
2. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.
3. Click Refresh.
4. Click Compare, then select Run Year Over Year ....
   
5. Select up to four columns to compare.
6. Select up to three date ranges to compare.
7. Click Run Report.
8. Click the Export button and select a file format.
   
   If your report contains a large amount of data, it will be processed in the background and you will be notified when you can download it from the Exported Reports tab.
