Running a package details receiving report in PitneyAnalytics

In the Package Detail Receiving report, data is filtered by selected package status within the chosen date range. Data is identified by tracking number. If you have set up custom fields for PitneyTrack Inbound, you can add them to this report from the Columns menu.

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
   

2. Select the Receiving > Package History.
   

3. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.

   

   1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
   2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
   3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
   4. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
   5. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
4. Click the calendar icon.
5. Select Received On to select package status. By default, the data will be filtered by Received On.
   
6. Select Customize View > Choose how to group data.
7. (Optional) Use the Columns menu to add, remove, rename columns from the report.
   1. Drag the columns or use the arrows to reorder the columns.
   2. Use the edit icon to rename the columns.
8. Click Done.
9. Click the Export button and select a file format.
   
   If your report contains a large amount of data, it will be processed in the background and you will be notified when you can download it from the Exported Reports tab.
