Running a delivery performance report in PitneyAnalytics

Use the Show/Hide Columns function to add delivery metrics to your Shipment Details Report.

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
   
2. Click Shipment Details Report.
   

3. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.
   

   1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
   2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
   3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
   4. Decimal preferences: Select two or three decimal places.
   5. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
   6. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
4. Use the Filter By menu to select a package status.
5. Click the Columns menu and select any or all of these fields:
   • First Scan From Carrier - Shows when the Carrier received the item
   • First Estimated Delivery Date - The first Estimated Delivery Date generated at the carrier end after the parcel is accepted by the carrier
   • Is Late - True if the actual delivery date exceeds the Estimated Delivery Date (and time)
   • Delayed By - Delivery date minus estimated delivery date
