SendPro Enterprise version 8.63.1 Release Notes (April 29, 2025)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Other Changes

The following carrier changes have been implemented for SendPro Enterprise:

Resolved negative package charge values in the UPS API Connector

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The issue in the UPS API that caused negative charge values for some packages was fixed, especially in shipments with many packages. Now, you can expect more accurate charge details.

CarrierServiceName poulates in ShipmentTransactions for returns

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The issue where the CarrierServiceName field was missing for returns in the ShipmentTransaction report export from the Data Management App has been fixed. Now, the CarrierServiceName field appears correctly in the export.

Incorrect product quantity and weight on a commercial invoice

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

We have made adjustments to ensure the content items’ quantity and weight now show correctly.

Desktop App Fails to print multiple labels with HubCappImproved Consignee Classification for DHL Shipments

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Previously, DHL international shipments defaulted to B2C, causing incorrect fees and delays. Now, the system sends the “BusinessPartyTypeCode” field to DHL for accurate classification. You can also choose the consignee type in the UI when creating a shipment.

EOD failure for UPS API carrier

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The issue in the End of Day app where closing the UPS API carrier caused a "Failed - Value cannot be null. Parameter name: cacheKeyPrefix" error, was resolved.

ICS Courier API

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

ICS Courier has been added as an API carrier.
