Cause

Microsoft Edge settings are preventing the report from downloading.

Resolution

Adjust your browser settings.

  1. Click Settings and more (...) in the upper-right corner of the browser.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Downloads.
  4. Set the Open Office files in the browser to Off.
