Running a ship request report in PitneyAnalytics

You can add ship request details to your reports.
Important: Only ship requests that have been converted into labels are included in the reports.

• Spend Summary Report

Shipment Details Report

Add columns to the shipment details report to view detailed information about ship requests.

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
   
2. Click Shipment Details Report.
   

3. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.
   
   

   1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
   2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
   3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
   4. Decimal preferences: Select two or three decimal places.
   5. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
   6. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
4. Use the Filter By menu to select a package status.
5. Click the Columns menu and select Ship Request #, Ship Request Creator, and Ship Request Create Date.
   
6. (Optional) Click Column Options and move the ship request columns to the top of the menu, then click Save.

When you run a Shipment Details Report, ship request data will be displayed.

Spend Summary Report

You can group your Spend Summary by Ship Request Creator. is now available as a Group By option.

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
   By default, the Sending tab will open and Spend Summary will be selected.

2. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.
   
   

   1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
   2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
   3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
   4. Decimal preferences: Select two or three decimal places.
   5. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
   6. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
3. Click View By and select Ship Request Creator.
4. (Optional) Add more View By fields to group the data in the report.
