What's New
Ship Request data now available in Analytics Reports
We’ve enhanced the Shipping section in Analytics by adding support for Ship Request data, providing greater visibility into shipping workflows. The Shipment Details Report now includes three new fields:
- Ship Request Number
- Ship Request Creator
- Ship Request Create Date
These fields are unchecked by default but can be included in Excel and CSV exports, as well as in scheduled reports via SFTP or email. Additionally, the Spend Summary Report now supports Ship Request Creator as a Group By option. Please note that only Ship Requests that result in label creation will appear in Analytics; Ship Requests that are open, deleted, or have an error status are excluded. These fields will populate only for future transactions and will not be backfilled for historical data.

Special character support for User Email Addresses
We've improved the SSO (Single Sign-On) user creation process by allowing apostrophes (') in email addresses used for login. This update ensures that users with valid, RFC-compliant email addresses containing special characters can sign in and create accounts without issues.
