ShipAccel Release Notes version 1.106.0 (June 11, 2025)
Products affected: ShipAccel
What's New
New option to update FedEx Account details during Authentication
We have introduced a new feature that allows users to update their FedEx account details during the authentication process. Previously, if users changed their account information with FedEx, they were unable to update it in the system, resulting in authentication failures.
Now, if there is a mismatch in details, such as address, full name, company name, email, or phone number, users can click the Edit icon to correct this information. However, the FedEx account number cannot be changed. This update is available for users who have enabled FedEx Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Ship Orders Grid - New Reason menu for canceled Orders
ShipAccel now features a Reason menu that appears when manually changing an order's status to Canceled in the New Orders grid. This menu provides users with a predefined list of reasons to choose from:
- Customer Initiated
- Created by Mistake
- Fraud
- Items Out of Stock
- Payment Issue
- Other
This improvement provides a clearer context for canceled orders while maintaining a straightforward process.
Ship Orders Grid - Enhanced Sorting Options
This feature lets you sort extra columns in the New Orders grid both ways: from lowest to highest and highest to lowest. You can sort the following columns:
- Order Number (by order number)
- Store Name (in alphabetical order)
- Order Age (from newest to oldest or the other way around)
- Recipient Name (in alphabetical order)
- Imported By (alphabetically by username for manual orders)
- City
- State
- ZIP
- Country (all sorted in alphabetical order)
- Order Total (numerically)
- Shipping Cost (numerically)
- Carrier Account (in alphabetical order)
- Updated By (alphabetically by username)
You can save your sorting choices for each view, allowing each view to have its setup. Columns that cannot be sorted will not display sorting icons.
Ship Orders Grid - Product SKU filtering
A new Items Filter Panel has been added to the Orders grid to help users easily locate orders based on product Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). When the panel is expanded, it features a search field with type-ahead suggestions, allowing users to search for and select multiple SKUs. The selected SKUs are displayed with options to add or remove them, and the panel automatically expands to accommodate all selections without requiring scrolling. If no matching SKUs are found, a message will be displayed to inform users.
Once the filters are applied, the grid will display only the orders that include the selected stock-keeping units (SKUs). The filters operate using AND logic across different filter types and OR logic within each filter. For example, if a user is viewing fulfilled orders and selects multiple SKUs, the results will show orders that are fulfilled and contain any of the selected SKUs. Clicking the Reset button clears all filters while maintaining the user's current view.
Latest Updates
Updated Success message for user invitations sent by Admin users
We have updated the green success message that appears in the top-right corner when an Admin user invites another user to join a subscription account. The new message reads: "User invited successfully! The user has been invited to join your account. If they don't see the email in their inbox, ask them to check their spam or junk folder." This message is visible only to Admin users, as they are the only ones who can send invitations.
Improved Store connectors flow with default Package Type
We have simplified the process of setting up shipping preferences when connecting ecommerce stores in ShipAccel. Now, when users select a Default Carrier in the store connection modal, the Package Type will automatically be set to My Box, which reduces the need for manual configuration. The Default Service menu will remain unchanged, prompting users to select a service manually. If users have access to the Automation Rule feature, they will see a message indicating that automation rules may override these settings. This update applies to all ecommerce store connectors integrated with ShipAccel.
