What's New

New option to update FedEx Account details during Authentication

We have introduced a new feature that allows users to update their FedEx account details during the authentication process. Previously, if users changed their account information with FedEx, they were unable to update it in the system, resulting in authentication failures.

Now, if there is a mismatch in details, such as address, full name, company name, email, or phone number, users can click the Edit icon to correct this information. However, the FedEx account number cannot be changed. This update is available for users who have enabled FedEx Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

New Export filter for Domestic and International shipments

We have added a new filter to the History screen that allows users to export shipments by category: Domestic or International. Before, you could only export domestic shipments. When exporting international shipments, you will download two files: one with transaction data and another with customs information for those shipments.

Updated Success message for user invitations sent by Admin users

We have updated the green success message that appears in the top-right corner when an Admin user invites another user to join a subscription account. The new message reads: "User invited successfully! The user has been invited to join your account. If they don't see the email in their inbox, ask them to check their spam or junk folder." This message is visible only to Admin users, as they are the only ones who can send invitations.

Upgrade prompt added for single-user PitneyShip accounts

We've added a new message for users on the single-user PitneyShip plan, encouraging them to upgrade if they need to add more users. These users will now see a statement just below their username that says: "Need to add more users? Upgrade to a multi-user PitneyShip Plan." This message includes an Upgrade link that takes them to a page with available multi-user plan options. From there, users can choose the plan that best fits their needs and proceed with the upgrade. This feature is only available to users on the single-user PitneyShip plan.

Improved Profile menu and Edit instructions

We've made some improvements to the user experience of the Profile menu. When users hover over the Profile text, they'll now see a new option: "View or edit your profile." On the Profile page, we've also added a helpful message just below the Edit Profile button: "Click Edit Profile to go to Pitney Bowes Your Account, where you can make changes to your profile, including your email address.
