Running a locker package detail report in PitneyAnalytics

You can see details about locker use by running a locker package details report. This report provides a comprehensive Lifecycle view of each package by displaying all relevant details in a single row. Run this report to track package activity efficiently and gain visibility into which lockers are being utilized and what types of packages they are used for.

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
   
2. Select the Lockers tab.
3. Click Package Detail Report.
4. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.
   
   1. Use the Group By filter to group the report by Recipient, Recipient Department, Tracking Number, or Locker Bank Name.
   2. Use the Date filter to select Reserved On, Placed in Locker On, or Delivered On dates.
5. (Optional) Use the search box to search by Tracking Number.
6. Click the Export button and select a file format.
   
   If your report contains a large amount of data, it will be processed in the background and you will be notified when you can download it from the Exports tab.
