Running a voids report in PitneyAnalytics

You can filter the Shipment Details Report to show voided transactions.

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
   
2. Click Sending > Shipment Details Report.
   

3. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.

   

   1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
   2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
   3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
   4. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
   5. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
4. Click All Shipments and select All Voids.
   (Optional) Click All Voids and select Voided Labels or Voided Stamps.
   
5. (Optional) Use the Columns menu to add or remove columns from the report.
   Example: To add a stamps column showing weight groups for stamps, click Columns and select Refund Status and Refund Amount.
