Latest Updates

Password protected Cost Accounts

We've added support for optional password protection for Cost Accounts, adding an extra layer of security for sensitive financial data. Admins can enable password requirements for selected cost accounts as needed.

When users initiate a manual transaction and select a password-protected Cost Account, the system prompts them to enter the correct password. To help users easily identify protected accounts, a lock icon appears next to password-protected Cost Accounts in the selection list during manual transaction entry. If an incorrect password is entered, the user will be blocked from proceeding with the transaction.

Renaming of Service Level field to Rating Class Advanced

We've renamed the Service Level field in Manual Transactions to Rating Class Advanced. Now, when you create a manual transaction, the Rating Class Advanced field will automatically fill with values that match those in the Spend Summary Report. This change ensures consistency across all data sources.

The correct values for Rating Class Advanced will be auto-populated in manual transactions and will appear under the Rating Class Advanced column in the Spend Summary Report. Additionally, in the import CSV template, the column header Service Level has been updated to Rating Class Advanced to reflect this change.

ERR included in Ship Request data

In a previous release, we provided Ship Request data for Analytics reports. At that time, ERR shipments were not included in the data. In this release, we've added support for ERR data to be included in the Ship Request data.
