Editing a contact when receiving, delivering or editing a package or pouch in PitneyTrack Enterprise

You can edit a contact in the Recipient, Sender and Given To fields, so that you can update the contact on the fly.

You can edit a contact in the Recipient, Sender and Given To fields, so that you can update the contact on the fly.

  1. From the Receiving menu at the top, select Package or Pouch under Receive, Edit or Deliver.
  2. Scan the carrier barcode, enter the tracking number manually, or click + to generate a unique tracking number. All available package information is automatically filled in.
  3. Complete all of the necessary fields.
  4. Select the Address Book icon next to the contact you wish to edit and select Edit recipient.

  5. Update the contact information as needed.
  6. Select Save and Close.
