The supported U.S. territories include:

  • Puerto Rico
  • Virgin Islands

  • Federated States of Micronesia.

This update has been applied to the following workflows and screens:

  • Create Shipping Label
  • Create Ship Request
  • Create Presets
  • Ship Orders Import CSV
  • Choose from Address Book
  • Single / Bulk Edit

These enhancements make it easier to manage shipments involving U.S. territories across supported carriers.

USPS Known Shipper Identifier (KSID) now required for Stamp Refund Forms

The USPS Known Shipper Identification Number (KSID) is now a required field for submitting Stamp Refund Forms. This applies to all USPS clients, including those using Schedule 48 (with shared or dedicated meter pools) and the Official Mail Accounting System (OMAS). This change is part of USPS compliance updates. The KSID will appear as the Provider Customer ID (PCID) on Page 1 of the Stamp Refund Form, next to the Contact Phone field. For example, it will be displayed as: PCID – 1234567890.

Updated branding for FedEx and UPS Single Payer accounts

To make it easier to identify Single Payer carrier accounts, we've updated the branding for FedEx and UPS on the Carriers screen. These accounts now use the nickname PB Rates. On the Shipping screen, you'll see the format Carrier Display Name – PB Rates when selecting a carrier under the Packaging section. This change applies to both existing and new Single Payer accounts for FedEx and UPS.
