Issue

When shipping with Canada Post Express Post Certified service, the error "The selected service is not available for this country and contract combination" appears.

Cause

Service Express Post Certified is a contracted service and is not enabled for the Canada Post account.

Resolution

To set up a contract for Express Post Certified products, contact your Canada Post sales representative.
