Enhanced manual fulfillment options

Users can now update the connected marketplace with tracking details when manually fulfilling orders. A new checkbox, enabled by default, lets users choose whether to send the tracking number and carrier information back to the store. If selected, both fields must be filled in; if not, they become optional. Additional improvements include the ability to select carriers in bulk, clearer error messages when required information is missing, and the option to undo a fulfillment using the Void Label feature.

Walmart Marketplace integration

Users can connect their Walmart Marketplace stores to import orders and sync their fulfillment statuses. They can use Order Sync to update these fulfillment statuses automatically. Additionally, users can disconnect the integration when it is no longer needed.

Label print size clarification

To improve clarity during the printing process, a new message has been added to the Print Options screen: "Label printers do not support 8.5 x 11." This helps users understand that standard label printers are not compatible with full-page paper sizes. However, various label sizes are supported, including 4" x 6.75", 4" x 6", 4" x 4", 4" x 3", and 4" x 2". These sizes depend on the specific printer model.

Subscription ID moved to Profile screen

To make it easier for users to locate their subscription information, a new Subscription ID field has been added to the Profile screen. This centralizes access and eliminates the need to display the Enterprise Name - Subscription ID across other screens.

Quick steps:

To view your Subscription ID:

1. Click on your name in the top corner.
2. Click Profile.

USPS SCAN form now includes all Daily Shipments

When you print a USPS SCAN (Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice) form, the system will now include all shipments created by the team on that day, not just those made by you. This change ensures that the SCAN form shows all labels generated, making package acceptance easier and improving tracking accuracy.

Packing Slips now printable without complete shipping info

Users can now print packing slips at any time, even if shipping service or package details are missing or incorrect. ShipAccel will generate the slip using the available order information, leaving any missing fields blank instead of preventing the print.

Updated branding for FedEx PB Rates account

We've updated the naming for FedEx PB Rate accounts on the Carriers screen. Previously, the PB Rates account used the display name PB-FedEx Rates. With this update, users will see FedEx as the display name.
