Less than Truck Load (LTL) Data now included in Analytics Reports for SendPro Enterprise users
SendPro Enterprise users can now view Less than Truck Load (LTL) data in both the Shipment Detail and Spend Summary reports. This update helps provide a comprehensive view of shipping expenses. In the Spend Summary report, LTL records are included under the Spend Category field, with new options like Freight Labels and Voided Freight. In the Shipment Detail report, LTL data is also reflected, and filters have been updated to include these new categories. While most fields will show relevant LTL data, the Dimensions column will remain blank. All updates are visible in scheduled reports, favorites, and CSV/XLS exports, with filters continuing to work as expected.
Latest Updates
Recipient Import now includes mapping warnings
We’ve improved the Recipient Import process by adding alerts for mapping issues. If optional fields, such as Building, Site, or Floor, are missing or mismatched, the system will now flag them for correction.
Improved visibility for voided and refunded transactions
We’ve enhanced reporting for SendPro Enterprise users by adding visibility into voided and refunded USPS transactions processed through Pitney Bowes. These updates apply to the Spend Summary and Shipment Detail reports. Voided transactions now adjust spend metrics and remove any related surcharges. The Refund Status field in Shipment Detail reports will reflect voided statuses. These changes appear in scheduled reports, favorites, and CSV/XLS exports. This update does not apply to other carriers or non-PB USPS transactions.
