Kiosk Transaction History

With the new update, users can now view Kiosk transaction history in the Shipping & Mailing history.

Shipping History includes:

• Sender and recipient addresses
• Sender’s photo and signature (if uploaded)
• Carrier account and tracking number
• Kiosk serial number (user ID)
• Purchase and shipment dates
• Package details (type, dimensions, weight)
• Total billable weight (based on weight, service, and extras)
• Payment method

Mailing History shows:

• Purchase and mailing dates
• Sender’s photo and signature (if uploaded)
• Payment method
• Stamp quantity and value
• Cost account
• Kiosk serial number (user ID)
• Mail service and any extra services
• Transaction amount (based on mail class, type, and weight)
• Total value

Filters Available:

• Shipping Transactions
• Kiosk Transactions
• All Transactions (default view)
• Location Filter (for Shipping History only)

Please note that sender photos and signatures will only be displayed if they were uploaded during the transaction process. All transaction history, including images and signatures, will be retained and accessible for a period of two years from the date of the transaction.
