It enables users to have multiple identifiers, ensuring continuity even when RFID cards are lost or replaced.
The personal ID remains unchanged, while smartcard identifiers can be updated as needed.
This dual-ID approach preserves package history and supports tap-to-open functionality.
As a result, users benefit from uninterrupted tracking, reduced risk of lost packages, and fewer service calls.
