SendPro Enterprise version 8.65.0 Release Notes (October 06, 2025)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Changes

The following other changes have been implemented in SendPro Enterprise:

Extend code translations to support all special services

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Administrators can now add any of the available special services for a given carrier when defining a Code Translation.

Time zone support in Task Scheduler

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

You can now set a specific time zone for scheduled tasks in Task Scheduler.

Change to make sure the correct VAT number is passed

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

New Identification Type: VAT Number has been added to the base data.

Processing an international shipment with the PB Shipping API

• If the Bill To – Tax Identifier is set to GST/VAT and a Tax Identifier is provided, the Tax Identifier value will be sent in the carrier request in the fromCustomsReference field.
• When the Bill To Tax Identifier Type or Tax Identifier is not provided, but an international default is configured with its Identification Type set to VAT Number and the Identifier populated, the Identifier value will be sent in the carrier request in the fromCustomsReference field.
• Populating the fromCustomsReference field in the carrier request will ensure the value appears on the customs forms on the label.
