PitneyTrack Inbound Release Notes version 1.115.0 (October 15, 2025)

PitneyTrack Inbound Release Notes for version 1.115.0 (October 15, 2025)

Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyTrack® Mobile App

What's New

Daily consolidated Email notifications for Receiving updates

This feature introduces daily consolidated email notifications for Receiving Notifications. Instead of sending separate emails for each received package, the system now allows administrators to group multiple package notifications into a single daily email per recipient.

Each email includes only the relevant package details for the individual recipient, ensuring clear and streamlined communication. Grouping is managed at the template level, and administrators can enable or disable it using a simple toggle in the user interface. By default, templates will continue sending individual emails unless grouping is specifically enabled.

Additional options include support for reminder emails, which require both the grouping toggle and scheduling configuration. Grouping settings are applied independently across different templates and organizational levels, including Enterprise, Division, Location, and Site.

Web browser: Configurable photo limit for Proof of Delivery (POD)

Admin users with access to Delivery settings can now control the maximum number of photos allowed for Proof of Delivery (POD) images. A new option is available under the POD settings section, allowing selection of 1 to 5 images, with the default set to 1. This option appears only when the Photo setting for either web browser or mobile app is set to Optional or Required.

If the Photo setting is turned off for both platforms, the default image limit applies. When more than one image is selected, users will see an info message explaining the total image limit (which remains 6) and the minimum required for each image type.

Latest Updates

Web browser and mobile app: Multi-image support for Proof of Delivery (POD)

When the Maximum number of photos/images allowed for Proof of Delivery setting is configured to 2 or more, users can now upload multiple images as part of the POD process during package delivery. If multiple images are included in the POD, all the photos captured will be included in the Delivered notification.
