Resolution

If shipping notifications are being sent to the wrong address, verify that the sender and recipient addresses contain the correct email address.

Check the Sender address

If the wrong internal user is being notified when packages are shipped, check the sender address:

  1. From the Shipping menu, select Create Shipping Label.
  2. In the Sender section, select the sender address and select Edit sender address.
    Edit sender address
  3. Update the email address in the Email field.
  4. Select Done.

If you have several sender addresses, you can view them under Settings > Address Book by changing the All Types menu to Sender. Select the edit icon next to each sender address to view and update.

If you have multiple users or locations, each one will need to verify their sender address.

Check the Recipient address

If the wrong recipient address is being notified when packages are shipped to them, check the recipient address:

  1. Go to Settings > Address Book.
  2. Use the Search field in the upper right to search for the recipient.
