PitneyAnalytics Release Notes version 1.116.0 (November 6, 2025)
Products affected: PitneyAnalytics®
What's New
New Rate Increase Analysis sub-tab in Advisor
A new sub-tab called Rate Increase Analysis has been added under the Advisor tab. This feature helps users analyze General Rate Increases (GRI) with two key filters:
- Carrier: Currently supports FedEx and UPS, with the default set to the carrier with the highest shipment volume from the previous year.
- Rate Increase Period: Defaults to the most recent increase.
Access to this sub-tab is controlled on the backend, so only users with the feature enabled will see it. Included in the sub-tab are four interactive charts: Effective and Announced Rate Increase, Overall Projection, Carrier Services Cost, and Surcharges Cost, each with a View Data link for exporting the underlying data.
Latest Updates
Expanded Adjustment Reporting for FedEx and UPS PB Rate accounts
Previously, adjustment data in analytics reports only covered USPS transactions. With Pitney Bowes now supporting single-payer setups for FedEx and UPS, users can now view adjustment details for these carriers across key reports. The Shipment Detail Report now includes carrier adjustment amounts for FedEx and UPS, along with accurate data in columns like Adjustment Date and Description. The Spend Summary Report displays aggregated adjustment values for these carriers, ensuring consistent roll-up and reporting. The Carrier Invoice Adjustment Report under the has also been updated to show FedEx and UPS adjustments, with all standard columns populated correctly. The All Carriers filter has been removed from this report, as it’s already available in the global filters. These updates do not affect users without a FedEx or UPS PB Rate account. All reports remain exportable in formats like Excel and CSV, and continue to support scheduling, favoriting, and sharing features without disruption.
