ShipAccel Release Notes version 1.116.0 (November 6, 2025)
Products affected: ShipAccel
What's New
Email notifications for Voided or Refunded shipments
We’ve added a new feature that allows users to receive email notifications when a shipment label is voided or refunded. This helps keep all relevant stakeholders informed and improves visibility and tracking for shipping operations. During the void or refund process, users will now see an option to enable email notifications. This option will appear only if the shipment data includes the necessary email details. The feature supports all shipment types, including single-piece, multi-piece, batch (multi-recipient), and Ship Order shipments. A new Package Voided email template has also been created to support this feature.
Latest Updates
Shipment History export now includes Extra Service costs
We've updated the Shipment History export (.CSV file) to include new columns that show the cost of any extra services applied to a shipment. These columns will appear in every export, even if no extra services were used. However, cost values will only be shown when extra services are actually applied, making it easier to track and understand additional charges.
Schedule pickups for FedEx return shipments
Users can now schedule pickups for FedEx Return shipments directly from the Shipment History screen, offering more flexibility and control over return logistics. A new Schedule Pickup button allows users to select one or multiple eligible return shipments and schedule them for pickup in a single step. Return shipments will be handled separately from forward shipments, and domestic and international returns will be scheduled as individual pickups to meet carrier requirements.
Additionally, users can now attach a Cost Account to each scheduled pickup for better auditing and cost tracking. Cost account settings on the Pickup screen will match those used on the shipping screen. Depending on your organization’s configuration, you may see options such as account hierarchy visibility, mandatory hierarchy selection, and cost budgeting requirements.
Faster label printing from the Orders Grid
This update improves the label printing process from the Orders Grid by automatically starting label printing when all order details are valid. Previously, users had to confirm each print action, even when no errors were present. Now, that extra step is skipped for valid orders, making the workflow faster and more efficient.
