Latest Updates

Updates to locker pickup email templates

The default email templates for locker pickup notifications, “Package is ready for pickup from locker” and “Department Package ready for pickup from locker,” are being updated. The variable <lockerMaxDays> will now be replaced with <lastpickupdate>, which shows the exact date by which the package must be picked up from the locker.

Here are the changes to the statements in both templates:

  • Current: Please pick up the package from locker number <lockerNumber> at <lockerBankName> within <lockerMaxDays> days.
  • Updated: Please pick up the package from locker number <lockerNumber> at <lockerBankName> by <lastpickupdate>.
  • Current: If you are unable to pick up your package within <lockerMaxDays> days, it will be returned to the mailroom or sender.
  • Updated: If you are unable to pick up your package by <lastpickupdate>, it will be returned to the mailroom or sender.

Additionally, in the Add/Edit Email Template section, the menu option Insert Variable Data Field will include <lastpickupdate>. If any subscription has modified the default template, those templates must be manually updated to include this new variable.

Mobile app: New Status filter in Manifest Filters

A new Status dropdown has been added below the Given To field on the Manifest Filters page. Users can now select one or more package statuses from a new screen that lists all statuses under the Undelivered category. This screen includes a search bar with type-ahead functionality for quick filtering.

The Status field supports multi-select and displays selected statuses on the Filters page in a comma-separated format, with an ellipsis if they exceed two lines. Clicking Done applies the filter to the Manifest List and increases the filter count by one.
