Setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 in PitneyShip Enterprise
You can add your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM account to sync your Microsoft Dynamics 365 orders with PitneyShip Enterprise.

You can add your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account to sync your Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecommerce orders with PitneyShip Enterprise.
This article only applies to the warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise.
Before you begin
You will need the following information from your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account. Refer to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 help for more information.
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Tenant ID
- Tenant Name
Obtaining your Client ID, Client Secret, Tenant ID, and Tenant Name
- Sign in to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.
- If you have not already done so, create a new Production environment in the Power Platform admin center.
- You cannot use a Microsoft Dynamics 365 trial environment to connect to PitneyShip Enterprise.
- The Add a Dataverse data store? setting must be set to Yes for the Production environment.
- Sign in to Microsoft Azure using the same username and password you used when you created your .Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.
- Create a new app registration for PitneyShip Enterprise.
- For supported account types, choose Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory - Multitenant).
- For Redirect URI, put http://localhost.
- In the API permissions, add a permission for the Dynamics CRM app.
- Open the app you created and make note of the Client ID, Tenant ID, and Tenant Name.
- Add a new Client Secret and make note of it. The Secret is only visible immediately after creation, so be sure to record it before proceeding.
- In the Authentication section, under Web Redirect URIs, add the following URI:
- https://shipaccel.pitneybowes.com/msdynamicscallback
Adding your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account
- Select Settings > Integrations.
- Select Add Integration.
- Select the Microsoft Dynamics 365 icon.
- Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, Tenant ID, and Tenant Name.
- Select Connect or Connect Store.
- (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
