What's New

Easily change your Payment Method in the Add Postage window

We’ve introduced a new feature in the Add Postage window for both manual and auto-refill flows. Now, you can change your primary payment method without leaving the page. Simply open the Add Postage modal and use the Payment Method menu to view all your available options.

To set a new default for future postage refills, select your preferred method and check the Save [Card/Account] as default payment method for postage refills checkbox.

Automatically open orders in full shipping view

We’ve added a new user preference that allows users to open every order directly in the full shipping view without needing to click Expand each time. This enhancement eliminates a repetitive step, making high-volume fulfillment faster and more efficient.

Latest Updates

Extended reprint window for Labels and Documents

You can now reprint labels and documents for up to 30 days after shipment. This extended reprint option applies only to shipments created on or after November 23, 2025.

The 30-day reprint feature covers shipping labels, summary receipts, packing slips, certificates of origin (COO), and all other carrier-generated documents. It is available for shipments sent through DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx.

Faster multi-selection in Orders Grid

We’ve added support for Shift + Click in the Orders Grid, making it easy to select a continuous range of orders in just a few clicks. This eliminates the need to check each box individually, giving warehouse teams a much faster way to prepare large batches for label generation.

Clear results for Multi-Order searches

We’ve added a new results summary when you search for multiple orders using comma-separated order numbers. The interface now shows the total number of orders found and highlights any that are missing. This makes it easy to confirm your search results and helps prevent missed orders during high-volume fulfillment.
