Downloading proof of shipment in PitneyShip Enterprise

You can download proof of shipment files for all processed shipments containing carrier details, shipment information, and signature and delivery images when available.

This article only applies to the warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise.

1. 1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Shipping & Postage History.
   2. Select the arrow next to the shipment to expand it.
   3. Select Proof of Shipment. The file is downloaded as a PDF file.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
