PitneyTrack Enterprise Release Notes version 1.119.0 (January 7, 2026)
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Enterprise
What's New
Web browser and mobile app: Mailroom pickup by Tracking Number
Desktop and mobile users can now find undelivered packages by scanning a tracking number using the Mailroom Pickup by Tracking Number option. Selecting this updates the Delivery page to focus on tracking-based lookup. For valid undelivered tracking numbers, the recipient details and all their undelivered packages are displayed, allowing users to scan and confirm delivery quickly.
Mobile app: Deliver Page Options
The Deliver page now features a dropdown with two main workflows: Tracking Number for standard delivery and Manifest for manifest-based delivery. A new section, Mailroom Pickup by, offers flexible ways to find undelivered packages—by Tracking Number, Recipient Name, Email, Personnel ID, Card ID, or Custom Fields.
Packages display based on the selected data storage duration, and scanning before delivery can be set as optional or required in Scan Packages for Delivery settings. These updates make package lookup and delivery faster and more efficient.
Latest Updates
Web browser and mobile app: Improved delivery workflow
In the Receiving > Delivery settings, the Search by List Options has been simplified. Tracking Number now appears as a standalone option for quick package lookup on desktop and mobile.
Additionally, a new checkbox, Mailroom Pickup Find packages by, groups other search options, Recipient Name, Email, Personnel ID, Card ID, and Custom Fields, making it easier to find undelivered packages.
Mobile app: Custom Field Filters in Manifest Delivery
Mobile app users with access to the Manifest Delivery workflow can now use all active Receiving and Contact Custom Fields as filters to narrow down manifest results. For text fields, users can scan or enter text to apply the filter. For list, checkbox, radio button, or barcode fields, users can select one or multiple values, which will display below the field. Each filter has a Done button to apply changes, and every applied field counts toward the overall filter count.
