Automatic package weight capture
ShipAccel now supports automatic package weight capture using a connected scale. When the Automatically get weight option is enabled in Admin settings, users no longer need to click the scale icon, and the weight is fetched automatically based on the scanned order. This ensures accurate, consistent weight entry.
Latest Updates
Removed multi-piece shipments for UPS and FedEx PB Rate accounts
Multi-piece shipping is now disabled for UPS and FedEx PB rate accounts. As a result, the multi-piece tab on the Create Shipping Label screen will only show Non-PB Rate carrier accounts.
View Tracking status directly in the Order grid
ShipAccel now lets users check the latest shipment tracking status without leaving their workflow. Simply click the tracking number in the Order Grid, whether in sidebar or full-page view, to instantly see updated tracking details.
Keyword-Based SKU Filters
ShipAccel now supports keyword-based SKU filtering, allowing users to search using partial text instead of exact SKU values. You can enter one or multiple keywords (e.g., Standard, Wide, Mild) to instantly pull all matching SKUs into your order results. This enhancement adds flexibility with options like SKUs Contain, making it easier to group orders by category and speed up searches.
