If the screen is black or blank, restart your touchscreen to resolve the issue.

The screen is blank or black.

Resolution

You may be able to resolve the issue by restarting your touchscreen.

  1. Unlock the kiosk compartment of the locker.
  2. Remove and then replace the power cable from the touchscreen (marked DC12).

  3. Lock the kiosk compartment.
