Latest Updates

Improved Error Messages for Inactive Accounts and Ledgers

We’ve improved the error messages shown when a user’s account or linked ledger is inactive or suspended. Instead of a generic error, users now see a clear message explaining the issue, either an inactive ledger or inactive subscription, and instructions to contact support to resolve it. These updates apply only to the Create Shipping Label and Stamp sheet flows.

Clear Shortpay Notifications for PB Rate account users

We’ve improved how shipment Shortpay information is communicated to PB Rate account users. Previously, notifications did not explain the reason for Shortpay, which led to confusion and increased support requests.

With this update, users will now see clear, detailed explanations for Shortpay occurrences in the History section, along with more informative and easy‑to‑understand details in email notifications.

Dynamic Export Type for USPS First‑Class Mail International

USPS First‑Class Mail (FCM) International supports Documents only as the export reason. To reflect this, the system now automatically adjusts the Export Type options based on the selected service. When USPS FCM International is chosen, Documents will be the only available Export Type, and all other options will be hidden. This improvement prevents invalid selections and makes the shipping process clearer and easier for users.

Enhanced Order Filtering with Multiple SKU Keywords

We’ve improved the Orders > Items filter to support multiple SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) keyword criteria. Users can now enter several SKU keywords at once and apply them together to find orders that match specific SKU patterns without needing to know or enter exact SKU values. This enhancement makes it easier to search, group, and manage orders based on item‑level SKU information, helping users handle order management and batch fulfillment more quickly and efficiently.
