PitneyShip Enterprise Release Notes version 1.121.0 (February 18, 2026)

PitneyShip Enterprise Release Notes for version 1.121.0 (February 18, 2026).

Products affected: PitneyShip® Enterprise

What's New

Role‑based carrier account onboarding

We’ve expanded carrier account onboarding to support Role‑level access, in addition to Enterprise, Division, and Location levels. This allows organizations to assign carrier accounts to specific custom user roles for better control and separatio. On the Carrier screen, users can now add UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express accounts at the Role level, but only Custom Roles are eligible, default Admin and User roles can’t be selected. On the Shipping screen, carrier accounts now appear based on the user’s assigned role, alongside existing access levels. The carrier import job has also been updated to support role‑based onboarding.

Latest Updates

Improved Shortpay experience for PB Rate accounts

We’ve improved the Shortpay process so users can easily review and pay outstanding balances for UPS and FedEx PB Rate account shipments. When a shipment has an unpaid amount, the History page shows an Outstanding label and a View details link. Expanding the shipment displays an Adjusted Cost section with the date, amount, payment status, and a link to see full adjustment details. The Adjustment Details window shows the tracking number, reason, and amount. If payment is still due, a Pay $XX.XX Now button appears and opens the Make a Payment window, where users choose a payment method and complete the payment. Afterward, a confirmation message appears along with a Download Receipt button for the PDF receipt.

Improved Error Messages for Inactive Accounts and Ledgers

We’ve improved the error messages shown when a user’s account or linked ledger is inactive or suspended. Instead of a generic error, users now see a clear message explaining the issue, either an inactive ledger or inactive subscription, and instructions to contact support to resolve it. These updates apply only to the Ship Orders, Stamp Rolls, and Envelopes flows.

Updated Recipient Address Book

We’ve improved the Recipient Address Book in the Create Shipping Label flow so users can now view both Sender and Recipient addresses in one place. Previously, the Recipient Address Book only showed recipient entries, and users had to switch to the Sender tab to see senders. This caused inconsistencies between the two address book modals. With this update, the modals are now aligned, and users can easily switch between Sender and Recipient lists directly within the same Address Book window.

Improved FedEx Hold at Location workflow

We’ve streamlined the FedEx Hold at Location process so users can quickly choose a pickup location without leaving the shipping flow. When this option is selected, the system now automatically retrieves eligible Hold locations based on the recipient’s ZIP Code and displays them in a simple list. Choosing a location instantly fills in the Location ID within the rate‑check step, reducing manual effort and speeding up the workflow.

UPS Certificate of Origin printing

We’ve added a new feature that lets shippers print the UPS‑generated Certificate of Origin directly from the Print Options window. Users can simply select the Certificate of Origin checkbox to generate the document, which prints on standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper. Certificate of Origin documents can also be reprinted from Shipment History, following the same reprint limits and time restrictions already in place for other carrier‑generated documents.

UPS and FedEx PB Rate account for Personal account

Users can now onboard UPS and FedEx PB Rate accounts in their Personal Shipping profile without needing USPS onboarded first. These accounts are automatically added, and users simply need to activate them..
