SMS notifications for Locker and Package events
SMS notifications are now supported for all major locker and package events, giving patrons and departments real‑time text updates. This enhancement improves communication and reduces missed or delayed actions by sending instant alerts for events such as package pickups, removals, locker openings, reservation updates, expirations, and drop‑off requests. SMS can be enabled for the following events: belongings picked up or removed, package pickups or removals, locker openings, expired packages, requests for locker drop‑off, department reservation cancellations or creations, and general reservation cancellations.
