Adding a division or location in Mailstream On Demand

In Mailstream on Demand, your company or organization is represented by the enterprise name at the topmost level. The enterprise can be subdivided into divisions, which may correspond to business units within your organization. Each division can then be further subdivided into locations.

Locations are sub-subsets of divisions. Each division can contain multiple locations. At least one division must already exist in order to create a location. 

Note: Only a Pitney Bowes representative can add, edit or delete divisions or locations.

Default divisions and locations will be established during initial set up of your Mailstream on Demand product and be available to you from the start. If you have specific requirements relating to your divisions or locations set up, please contact the Pitney Bowes team at pbmod-help@pb.com.

Divisions and locations allow the representative to:

• Assign users to a specific location
• Give users permission to perform admin tasks for specific divisions or locations
• View reporting data for individual divisions or locations
• Give users permission to view reporting data for specific divisions or locations
