Exporting a job or mailpiece report in Mailstream On Demand

Mailstream On Demand allows you to create and export reports of your job or mailpieces into a CSV file.

Exporting jobs or mailpieces

1. From the job or mailpiece dashboard, select Export Report.
2. From the drop down, select Export mailpiece report or Export job report. Your CSV export report will include all items in your filtered list.

Downloading selected job or mailpieces

1. From the job or mailpiece dashboard, select Export Report.
2. Check the check boxes on the left to select the mailpieces to be exported.
3. From the drop down, select Download selected mailpieces or Download selected jobs. A CSV report of your selections will be generated.

(Optional) If you have any certified mailpieces you can choose to export them via Export Report > Download selected certified signatures.
