Checking job errors in Mailstream On Demand

Issue

You receive an error alert via email.

Cause

There has been an issue processing a job submission.

Resolution

1. Select Job Submission.
2. Select Errors.
   
3. View the error and click on the description link for additional details.
4. Contact your administrator and provide them with the error details and description to assist in fixing issues or configuring error alert emails.
