Data agent – Multipiece shipment write‑back
We have introduced writeback support for multipiece shipments processed through the Data Agent Connector. When an order is scanned and processed, key shipment details are automatically written back to the original source system. This enhancement supports MS‑SQL (SQL Server) and ensures synchronization of package information, tracking numbers, line items, services, dimensions, and weight for improved accuracy and visibility.

Ship With Other Goods (SWOG)
Ship With Other Goods (SWOG) enables users to merge up to 50 compatible parcel orders into a single consolidated shipment. The first scanned order becomes the master order, defining shipment defaults, while additional orders automatically merge when required rules match. Orders remain editable and mergeable until label print, at which point the shipment is created and appears in History as a single record with one tracking number.
Users can optionally enable Scan to Ship Together, which allows multiple scanned orders to be combined until label print. When orders have different shipping addresses, users can choose to block the merge, use the first order’s address, or be prompted each time. The system supports merging up to 50 orders and enforces strict validations to prevent duplicate scans, fulfilled orders, mixed freight and parcel merges, connector mismatches, or previously merged orders. For international shipments, customs data is inherited from the first order, while subsequent orders contribute line‑item details only.

Latest Updates
Updated message for “Print Postage Correction Stamp”
We updated the text shown in the Print Postage Correction Stamp window. The new message says: “This can only be used to produce additional postage to correct the total amount affixed to your mail. The Postal Service can reject mail without the original printed postage also present on the piece.” This update applies only to Stamp Sheets and Stamp Rolls.
Coversheet printing improvements
We improved coversheet printing by increasing the character limit for the Recipient and Company fields to 40 characters. Previously, these fields were cut off after 25 characters, even when the full text was entered. Now, recipient and company details print in full without being truncated or wrapped, and the printing alignment has also been updated to work correctly with all supported envelope sizes (#10, 6x9, 6x9.5, and 9.5x12).
Disable Custom Notifications for Personal Shipping
We have distinguished between notifications for Personal Shipping and Business Shipping to ensure that customized notifications are sent only for Business Shipping. As part of this update, custom notifications are disabled for Personal Shipping, and email notifications for personal shipping transactions will always use the default template, even if enterprise‑level customizations exist. There are no changes for Business Shipping users, who will continue to receive their customized email notifications as configured.
Improved Personal and Business profile switching
We have enhanced the profile‑switching experience for users who have both Personal and Business profiles, ensuring smoother transitions during login based on the profile last accessed. When a user logs out of their Business profile, the system now remembers the last session and automatically signs the user back into the Business profile upon their next login. If a user logs out from their Personal profile, they will be presented with a choice modal during their next login indicating that they are in the Personal profile. From this modal, users can either remain in their Personal profile or switch to their Business profile. Users or enterprises that have only a single profile type, Personal or Business, will not see this choice modal and will continue to log in seamlessly to their available profile.
Multipiece package list view for packages and freight
For multipiece parcel and freight shipments, users can now easily view and manage individual package details through a dedicated list view. When a multipiece shipment is created, selecting the list icon opens a window displaying all associated package information, including package name, type, dimensions, weight, services, and extra services. From this view, users can edit a specific package by selecting the edit icon or remove packages directly from the list, simplifying management of complex shipments.
