Printing a domestic shipping label on the ParcelPoint Self-Service Sending Kiosk
You can use the ParcelPoint Self-Service Sending Kiosk to create and print a shipping label for a domestic package. You can also drop the package off at a locker if you have a ParcelPoint Smart Locker available.

You can use the ParcelPoint Self-Service Sending Kiosk to print a shipping label for a domestic package. You can also drop the package off at a locker if you have a ParcelPoint Smart Locker available.
- Select Ship a package from the Home screen.
- Review the non-shippable items. Tap I am not shipping these items to proceed.
- Review the Pitney Bowes terms and conditions. Tap I Agree to proceed.
- Select My Packaging if you are using your own box or envelope. Alternatively select USPS Packaging if the box or envelope is provided by USPS.
- If you selected USPS Packaging, select the correct box or envelope size. Confirm with Submit.
- Place the package on the scale with the address facing upwards. Tap Measure Automatically. The kiosk scans the dimensions of the package.
- Tap Remeasure if the dimensions of the package were not captured correctly. The kiosk scans the package again. Tap Remeasure again if you want to enter the package dimensions manually. Tap Continue to proceed.
- Select the relevant tab for where you are sending the package. Choose from:
- US Domestic.
- International.
- A military address (APO, FPO or DPO).
- Enter the recipient name and address or select one from the list of addresses that appear as you enter the address. Tap in each field or tap the blue button to move to the next field. Select the Residential checkbox if the address is a residential address.
- Tap Continue to proceed.
- Enter the sender information. You must enter the sender's email address and phone number. Tap Continue.
- Review the package details. If necessary, you can use the edit icon to edit the addresses.
- Tap Scan Package Again if you want to start over or tap Continue to proceed.
- Select which service you want to use. You can select the Cheapest or Fastest buttons to help you decide. Tap Continue.
- If necessary, select any extra services you require or tap Skip Extra Services.
- For international packages only:
- Select the category of the package from the menu and then select Abandon or Return to Sender to decide what to do if the package cannot be delivered. Select Continue.
- Complete the International Shipment Details for the package. If necessary, select Add Another Item. Select Continue and then add any more information such as AES Exemptions. Select Continue.
- The purchase summary appears. If you use transaction fees these will appear on this screen. You can:
- Tap the delete icon to start over.
- Tap Ship Another Package to print up to five more shipping labels.
- Tap Pay and Print to proceed.
- Insert, swipe or tap your payment card on the card reader.
- If necessary, enter your signature on the screen. If enabled, the kiosk takes a picture of you.
- Tap Submit and the kiosk prints the shipping label. Remove any previous labels and cross off any markings from the package. Apply the printed shipping label to the package.
- Tap Print Receipt if you need a receipt.
- To proceed, tap which option you want:
- Tap Drop off to Locker if you want to drop the package off at a locker. See Dropping a package off at a locker. The kiosk tells you which locker to drop your package off at. If there are multiple lockers available, tap View available lockers to see a list. If no lockers are available, a pop-up appears saying No locker available at this time.
- Tap Done if you are do not need to drop the package off at a locker and are finished printing shipping labels.
- Tap one of the emoji's to rate your experience.
- Tap Exit to return to the Home screen.
Dropping a package off at a locker
Important: The reservation for the locker expires after eight hours.
- Go to the locker and select Drop Off Package From Shipping Kiosk.
- Scan the shipping label barcode or enter the tracking ID of the package.
- Select the locker size. If the recipient requires a wheelchair-accessible locker (15 - 48 inches above the floor), select I need an accessible locker.
- The kiosk screen then displays the locker number and the system opens the locker.
- Place the package in the locker and close the locker door. Return to the kiosk.
- Tap Done. You return to the Home screen.
