Viewing and exporting your shipping label and stamps history on the ParcelPoint Self-Service Sending Kiosk

An administrator can view the history of shipping labels and stamp printing. You can also export the data if needed.

An administrator can view the history of shipping labels and stamp printing. You can also export the data if needed.

You can view the following information for both shipping labels and stamps:

  • The recipient and sender addresses.
  • If enabled, a photo and signature of a sender who made the transaction. You can click on a photo or signature of a user to view them, if required.
  • Carrier account and tracking number.
  • Kiosk serial number.
  • Purchased on date and Shipped on date.
  • Shipment information (Package type, dimension and weight).
  • Total billable amount (Transaction amount based on weight, service and extra service).
  • Payment method.

Viewing the shipping labels history

Use this to help you keep track of the shipping labels you print.

  1. Select Shipping & Mailing > Shipping & Postage History.
  2. By default, the Shipments tab is shown. Select the location of the kiosk in the Location menu.
  3. Select Kiosk Shipments from the Shipments menu.

  4. To view the details of a particular shipping label, select the arrow on the left side to open it.

Viewing the USPS stamps history

Use this to help you keep track of the USPS stamps you print.

  1. Select Shipping & Mailing > Shipping & Postage History.
  2. Select the USPS Stamps tab.
  3. To view the details of a particular stamp, select the arrow on the left side to open it.

Exporting your shipping labels and USPS stamps history

You can export your shipping labels and USPS stamps history in CSV format.

  1. To export the data, select Export and follow your web browser's prompts to save the file. (The exact steps will vary depending on your browser settings.)
  2. To download an export again, select Job Status > Export History, then select the download icon next to the file you wish to export.
