Printing stamps on the ParcelPoint Self-Service Sending Kiosk

You can use the ParcelPoint Self-Service Sending Kiosk to print domestic and international stamps.

You can use the ParcelPoint Self-Service Sending Kiosk to print domestic and international stamps.

Important: The maximum weight you can send with international stamps is fifteen ounces. Print a shipping label if the mailpiece is heavier.

  1. Tap Buy stamps from the Home screen.
  2. Select which type of stamp you want to print.
  3. Select how many stamps you want to print. You can print up to ten stamps.
  4. Tap Add to Cart to continue.
  5. The purchase summary appears. Tap Get More Stamps if you want to add more stamps to the transaction. Alternatively, tap Pay and Print to proceed.
  6. Insert, swipe or tap your payment card on the card reader.
  7. If necessary, enter your signature on the screen. If enabled, the kiosk takes a picture of you. The kiosk then prints the stamps.
  8. Tap Print Receipt if you need a receipt.
  9. Tap one of the emoji's to rate your experience.

Weighing your mail

Use this option to measure and weigh letters or large envelopes before printing stamps.

  1. Tap Buy stamps from the Home screen.
  2. Tap Weigh my mail to calculate postage.
  3. Place the letter or large letter on the scale. Tap Measure Automatically. The kiosk scans and measures the dimensions of the mailpiece.
  4. Select either the US Domestic or International tab and then select what type of stamps you want to print. If you selected International, select the country you are sending the mail to.
  5. Select the desired stamp type.
  6. Decide how many stamps you want to print. Select Add to cart to proceed.
  7. The purchase summary appears. Tap Get More Stamps if you want to add more stamps to the transaction. Alternatively, tap Pay and Print to proceed.
  8. Insert, swipe or tap your payment card on the card reader.
  9. If necessary, enter your signature on the screen. If enabled, the kiosk then takes a picture of you.
  10. Tap Submit and the kiosk prints the stamps.
  11. Tap Print Receipt if you need a receipt.
  12. Tap one of the emoji's to rate your experience.
  13. Tap Done or Exit to return to the Home screen.

Printing Other stamps

Select this option to print stamps if you know the weight of the package you are sending.

  1. Tap Buy stamps from the Home screen.
  2. Tap Other Stamps.
  3. Select either US Domestic or International. If you selected International, select the country you are sending the mail to.
  4. Use the + and - keys to increase or decrease the weight of each mailpiece in ounces.
  5. Select which type of stamp you want to print.
  6. Tap either Add to cart or tap the + button to print up to ten stamps.
  7. The purchase summary appears. To add more stamps, select Get More Stamps or select Pay and Print to continue.
  8. Insert, swipe or tap your payment card on the card reader. The kiosk prints the stamps.
  9. If necessary, enter your signature on the screen. If enabled, the kiosk then takes a picture of you.
  10. Tap Print Receipt if you need a receipt.
  11. Tap one of the emoji's to rate your experience.
  12. Tap Done or Exit to return to the Home screen.
