PitneyTrack Enterprise Release Notes version 1.124.0 (April 22, 2026)
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Enterprise
What's New
Web browser and mobile app: Enhanced label printing customization and field management
Label printing has been enhanced to give admins more control and flexibility over label content across desktop and mobile apps. The Receiving Label Options page has been simplified with clearer field names and updated labels, including Select label size, Label Name, and Show Pitney Bowes logo. Primary and Secondary field selections have been removed in favor of a single, more intuitive configuration model.
A new Choose Fields to Print on Label section organizes available fields into categories such as Package, Recipient, Sender, and Additional Details. Only enabled fields appear, including active custom fields. Admins can now reorder fields using drag-and-drop, control visibility, and adjust formatting from the Rearrange label fields section. Changes appear instantly in the preview and are saved when Save Settings is selected. For existing clients, previously configured fields are preserved and placed at the top, while new fields are added to the bottom by default.
Web browser and mobile app: Per‑field font size and style configuration for labels
The Label Options page has been enhanced to let desktop users customize font size and font style for each label field. In the Rearrange label fields section, two new configuration options, Size and Style, are now available for every enabled field.
For desktop printer (web) labels, users can choose Small (11 pt), Medium (16 pt), Large (20 pt), or Custom, with custom values allowed between 11 and 180 pt. For mobile printer (Bluetooth) labels, size options include Small (9 pt), Medium (12 pt), Large (18 pt), or Custom, with allowed values between 9 and 180 pt. When Custom is selected, the input defaults to the last chosen preset size.
The Style option allows users to select Regular or Bold formatting per field. Any valid size and style combination can be applied, except for the Tracking Barcode field, where Size and Style settings are always disabled and cannot be changed.
In addition, users can control how label content is laid out by choosing between Two Columns (aligned, tabular layout) or Compact (free-flowing layout without alignment). These layout options apply to both the label preview and the final printed label.
Latest Updates
Web browser: Package statuses enhancements
The Package Statuses page has been updated to improve clarity and consistency. This feature is available only to users whose subscriptions include the Custom Package Status feature.
Several labels have been updated for better clarity. The Add Status button is now Create Status, the Name column is renamed to Status Name, and a new Status Actions column has been added for edit and delete actions. The columns dropdown has also been updated to reflect Status Name.
Updates were also made within related modals. In the Reorder Statuses modal, the Close button is now Cancel, and a new Status column has been added. In the Create/Edit Custom Status modal, the header now reads Create Custom Status (for create only), the field label has been updated to STATUS NAME, helper text now directs users to configure notifications under Notifications and Templates, and the Save & Close button has been simplified to Save.
Web browser: Flexible package management within pouches
Users who have permission to create or update a pouch can now add packages in any status, with no restrictions based on package status.
When a pouch’s status is updated, packages that are already marked as Delivered remain unchanged. All other packages within the pouch are automatically updated to match the pouch’s new status.
