Customer and Internal Notes Visibility on Orders Grid
ShipAccel now lets users view and work with Customer Notes and Internal Notes directly from the Orders Grid. These notes can be added as optional columns through column configuration, allowing users to see important details without opening each order. Notes are displayed in a compact format with hover support to fully view longer text.
New filters also make it easy to identify orders that have notes or do not have notes, supporting workflows like personalized fulfillment, batching, and exports. In addition, both Customer Notes and Internal Notes are now included in Exports, enabling teams to print or process note-based orders outside the system.

Improved cost breakdown for Bulk Label printing
ShipAccel now offers a clear and more streamlined cost breakdown experience for bulk label printing. Users can view detailed shipping costs directly within the main purchase flow, with the cost breakdown displayed inline and updating dynamically based on selections such as carrier, service, and shipment volume.
Users can also complete label purchase and printing directly from the cost breakdown view, removing the need to navigate back to the main screen. This creates a seamless, single-step workflow from rate comparison through label generation.
Updated label action naming for clarity
ShipAccel has updated the name of the Void action to Void/Refund Label across the application. This change makes it clearer that voiding a label also initiates a refund request. There are no changes to how the action works, only the label name has been updated to better reflect the outcome.
Future‑dated USPS SCAN form generation
ShipAccel now allows users to generate and print USPS SCAN Forms for future shipment dates directly from the SCAN Form screen. Users can select a future ship date using a calendar picker, and the system will generate a compliant SCAN Form for that specific date. This enhancement ensures shipments scheduled in advance can be processed smoothly without delays on the ship date.
Company column added to Ship Orders grid
ShipAccel now includes a Company column in the Ship Orders Grid, allowing users to see the company name associated with each order directly in the grid. This enhancement makes existing recipient company information easier to access and removes the need to open individual orders to identify company details.
