Allowing pop-up windows in ShipAccel

When using the Print to PDF option to print, you will need to allow pop-ups in your web browser so that the PDF can open.

When using the Print to PDF option to print, you will need to allow pop-ups in your web browser so that the PDF can open.

Select your web browser for specific steps.

Chrome

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right and select Settings.

  2. Select Privacy and security on the left.
  3. Select Site Settings.
  4. Select Pop-ups and redirects (you may need to scroll down to see it).
  5. Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add.
  6. Enter https://shipaccel.pitneybowes.com, and click Add.

Firefox

When blocking a pop-up, Firefox displays an information bar. If you see this bar, click the Options button and choose Allow pop-ups for https://shipaccel.pitneybowes.com.

If you do not see the bar:

  1. Click on the menu in the upper right and select Settings.
  2. On the left side, select Permissions and data.
  3. Scroll down to Block Pop-ups and third-party redirects.
  4. Either uncheck Block Pop-ups and redirects to unblock them for all sites, or click on Manage Exceptions to add an exception only for this site.
  5. If adding an exception, enter https://sendpro360.pitneybowes.com in the Address of website field and click Save Changes.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right and select Settings.

  2. Select Cookies and site permissions on the left.
  3. Select Pop-ups and redirects (you may need to scroll down to see it).
  4. In the Allow section, select Add.

  5. Enter https://shipaccel.pitneybowes.com and select Add.

Safari

  1. From the Safari menu, choose Preferences.
  2. Click Websites.
  3. Find the address https://shipaccel.pitneybowes.com and change the settings to Allow.
